Our caramels are handmade in small batches using only the finest organic ingredients whenever possible.
Caramels are best eaten within two weeks if stored in a cool, dry place. Always keep out of direct sunlight.
You can store them in the fridge (airtight containers or bags recommended) if you plan to keep them longer but blooming (whitish coating that can appear on the surface) may occur on the chocolate but does not effect overall taste.
